One of the oldest upper year residences on campus, Marine drive is a community of three high rise buildings of up to 18 floors, and two much lower buildings of up to 6 floors. Residents may choose to stay in single gender apartments of up to 4 bedrooms. Every apartment comprises a private washroom, kitchen, laundry area, living space, and fully furnished room. Located near the Point restaurant, Ponderosa Commons, and Place Vanier, it is the residence closest to classes for both Sauder and Arts students. Do not buy a mini fridge. Make sure to make friends with your roommates. Use unisplit to keep track of communal expenses. Create a groupchat with all your roommates to discuss who's cooking/ cleaning. Always be polite and talk to your rooommates. Make sure to spend time with your roommates every once in a while. Make sure to buy your own wifi router since the connection lags often

Marine Drive has literally the best views in the world. I r8 420/69. Wifi sucks more than Donald Trump so YOLO.
Marine Drive probably has the best views on campus. Rooms are adequately sized, with plenty of storage for each roommate. I would definitely recommend making sure all common items used (fridge, pantries) are explicitly distributed.
